This coming weeks No Frills flyer in Ontario has Nature Valley bars on sale for $1.69. There are $1 coupons that you can get on save.ca through Life Made Delicious so you can get them for just $0.69 a box. My favorite is the Sweet and Salty Dark Chocolate ones so I hope they go on sale in my area for this great price.  The flyer runs from July 2nd to the 8th.

Sears Canada is having a warehouse sale, savings of up to 70%. I was at my local Sears today and was able to get some great deals. I bought my 10 year old son  6 shirts and one pair of shorts (Nike) for a grand total of.... $25. Yes you read that right all items combined came to just under 25 smackers. Lee Valley is offering free shipping from June 29 - July 11. There is still a shipping surcharge to over size items but this is a great time to get some stuff for both your workshop or garden.  I am a cabinet carpenter and enjoy gardening so they are one of my favorite catalogs to look at. Since the closest store to me is a three hour drive away I will be sure to be placing an order online before the 11th.
