Here is another freebie from McDonald's! On Feb. 9-10, 2011 during breakfast hours, they'll be giving out free Buttermilk Biscuit Sandwiches (choice of Sausage Egg and Cheese, Bacon Egg and Cheese, or Sausage only). Call your local McDonald's to see if they are participating. Some nutritional facts about this sandwich include (for the Sausage Only variety): 460 calories, 28 g fat (15 g of which is saturated fat), 810 mg sodium, and 40 g carbs.
