Needless to say, book online and then call in to add the infant to the travel file. Happy Travels!! I just book the adult promo fare, then call ACC to add my infant. Risk reduced; promo secured. We're all happy. However, when booking flights through air canada, you just have to let them know when you check in that you have an infant with you (on domestic flights at least). If you are travelling with an infant then when you try and get a promotion you get a message saying promotions are not available when flying with an infant.
