The form doesn’t have a ‘submit’ button. I’ve loaded the page several times but still no ‘submit’ button. I’ve even emailed them but have gotten on response.

They most likely do not offer this to current members because they’re using it as a way to get new members.

Initially I went to the site using Firefox and the submit button wasn’t there. Then I tried IE and at first the button wasn’t there, either, but then I highlighted the “Please Note…” section at the bottom of the form with my mouse and kept dragging the mouse down when all of a sudden the submit button appeared! Try it and see if it works for you..

I tried it and there was no submit button, i went back a couple hours later and there was one, maybe there was a temporary problem. Thanks Uechi Boy for the 555 5555 idea, i never thought of that.
been waiting for this a while but still nothing.. could be one of those 6–8 week waiting period things… fingers crossed!
