Amazon Canada Coupon Codes: $10 off $40 Discount

Amazon.ca

Amazon.ca’s $10 off $40 discount coupon codes are back! Save $10 on a purchase of $40 or more (excluding taxes) plus Free shipping within Canada. Although this is a promo from Visa, you don’t really need to use a Visa Card. I’ve used Master Card with this coupon code and have never had trouble. The coupon codes are:

Visabiz10off40 or MAPBIZNCSAVE

Note that you have to create a new Amazon.ca account to use these coupons.  Amazon.ca must have fourty two Trazillion Gazillion user accounts by now since people sign up for a new account everytime to make use of the coupon. They don’t seem to mind it though since apparently Visa covers the costs.

Tip: Sometimes video games are discounted on Amazon.ca from say $50 to $40. Use the coupon code to save an additional $10 and get it for $30 😉

Here’s what you need to do.

  1. If you’re currently logged into Amazon.ca logout because you’ll need to sign up as a new user.
  2. Add whatever you want to buy into the shopping cart. Shopping Cart total has to be $40 or more.
  3. Fill out all the necessary shipping info forms and use coupon Visabiz10off40 or MAPBIZNCSAVE promo code at checkout.
  4. Done :D

  1. Steve says:

Coupon codes do not work. They have expired.

  2. Karyn says:

    Agreed. Neither one works. 🙁

  3. Stephanie says:

I do not know if these code work when I did this a couple of weeks ago I had to use a credit card I had not used before. I tried a card that I used on my other account and it seemed to know. So when I used a new credit card I could use the codes. I hope this helps!

  4. Marissa says:

Neither worked for me either 🙁

  5. Graham says:

I tried a new account with a credit card that had never been used on Amazon before (a Mastercard), and it didn’t work. The first code told me there was a problem. The second one said it was expired.

  6. kib says:

The news is not that this old coupon is “back” but that it expired. Yesterday.

  7. willowsprite says:

    Shucks.

  8. hm says:

Weird, I’ve used this promo code even when their was nothing listed by Visaperks and it always worked for me. You absolutely HAVE to make a brand spankin’ new account though. And I’ve only tried with Visa, but I find it hilarious someone got it to work w/ Mastercard.

  9. hm says:

    *there. ugh, grammar police.

  10. Disappointed says:

Shame on the author of this article for posting an expired coupon. You think he/she should have verified it to be valid in the first place.

  11. hm says:

Perhaps too many people attempted to use it, and it flagged Amazon to take it down (since it wasn’t supposed to be valid, I think). I know it was working fine a few days ago. SC seems to have been wrecking coupons lately.. :\

  12. Sally says:

Hm I highly doubt Sc is the reason the coupon doesn’t work anymore, but thanks for putting all the blame on us Lol!

Dissapointed, I’m sure Boo did verify it but then Amazon cancelled it.

As far as I know this promo was spose to end Dec 31 2008, thats why the visa perks site doesn’t have it listed.

  13. Little mermaid says:

    expired

  14. Expired. Oh well. Thanks to google for leading me to expired coupons.

  15. Nicole says:

I just set up a new account, used a Visa and this coupon didn’t work for me, I tried both.

  16. Shawn says:

Tried both codes on a brand new account. Neither worked. Some wild goose chase!

  17. Sally says:

Not really Shawn LOL! This post was made almost a year ago and has thus expired.

  18. Rob says:

This used to work all the time, but the last time I used it was Summer 2008. Disappointing.

The best way to register multiple amazon accounts with “new” e-mail addresses is to use gmail. You can simply append a “+” (plus) symbol and another word and it will still go to your address.

    For example,
assume this is your e-mail, “[email protected]
Then you could create new Amazon accounts with “[email protected]” and “[email protected]
Amazon thinks they are new e-mail addresses, yet they will still be received by “[email protected]

GMail can also filter them out due to their unique recipient addresses so you don’t have to worry about cluttering your mailbox.

  19. thanks for posting, very useful

I’ve been browsing online greater than three hours today, yet I by no means discovered any interesting article like yours. It’s lovely worth sufficient for me. In my opinion, if all website owners and bloggers made just right content as you probably did, the internet will probably be much more useful than ever before.
