I am also getting the same message when I try to order from amazon.ca…I don’t think the coupon code is valid…
Honestly I think its only available for NEW CUSTOMERS or likewise you could make a new account.

I used it with a new account on amazon.ca a while ago and it worked fine.
I have used this a few times and I have have seen that message. If I rememeber right, I went ahead to the next screen, which shows the order summary, and the discount had been applied. If you have placed an order, you can cancel it and place it again. When you make a new account, you can use the same email, name, address, etc. as previously, but choose a *new password* for this purchase only. And be sure to sign in as a new customer.
