Dont forget when you send a ticket, your user id, amount of each item (we dont need the titles if you dont want to) purchase date, and totals. If your going to email this info please send it to sally@smartcanucks.ca, rather then the other email people have been using.

I have used this a few times and I have have seen that message. If I rememeber right, I went ahead to the next screen, which shows the order summary, and the discount had been applied. If you have placed an order, you can cancel it and place it again. When you make a new account, you can use the same email, name, address, etc. as previously, but choose a *new password* for this purchase only. And be sure to sign in as a new customer.
