Got mine last night, and it’s really sweet! It’s a little narrow sheer scarf, but actually kinda cute.

Yes, I picked up one yesterday at Wallmarts and I think it is cute also. There are three different colours so since I buy Becel anyways guess I will have a few new scarfs :)

Skip the scarf, give the cost of it to heart and stroke funds

I won 3 of these “scarves”, they are very narrow and very thin material. I would not go out of my way to get one of these.

I got one today and it’s cute. It can be worn all year and it’s a nice little accent with a scoop or sailor neck line.

    @ Jer
These are not winter scarfs, more of a fashion accent / accessory

This silly little scarf is a wake up cal, the proverbial RED FLAG. Becel is heavy on the salt. It is not a healthy food. It is a taste enhancer. Don’t let Becel advertising fool you. Do some research. Becel is using the Heart and Stroke foundation to endorse and promote their product. Shame on the Heart and Stroke Foundation for accepting funding from a product which may increase your possibility of a stroke.

Justine — I sent him over to you. My Corn Pops thread is turning ugly…

Hey, Sheep! Margarine is NOT food. Putting a scarf in the package gets the mouth breathers to flock to it. A better alternative to butter is olive oil. Put that on your whole grain bread instead of either butter or margarine (which is a chemical compound) to save your heart. All margarines are liquid plastic, negatively affecting every cell in your body. If you have to, you are much better off eating plain butter, and raw butter is even better if you can find it. Butter is a whole food, with fat, vitamins, and minerals. It also contains sterols, fat-soluble activators, trace minerals, and more, especially if it is raw. Like I said, Olive oil is far more superior.

People need to stop judging what other people eat. Give it a rest. That being said, the scarfs are just little scraps of fabric basically. Hardly worth it.

Yes, please skip the “Sheep” calling. I do appreciate being informed so I can make the choice to prepare foods that are better for the body. So I did some basic research. A margarine that is low in saturated fat and non-hydrogenated is a good choice. When margarines were first introduced in the market, they were hydrogenated, high in trans fats and comparable to plastic. Technology has progressed to use a different process. Non-hydrogenated margarine is widely available. Soft tub form has lower trans fats compared to stick form. As for salt content, just look for a non-hydrogenated margarine with low sodium.
