RCSS-west (edmonton clareview) I tried to use the printed coupon but they refused it. The manager even came down and looked at the coupon and said they don’t accept photocopied ones. I explained to her that it’s not photocopied – i printed it in black and white ’cause i don’t have a color printer. Anyway she was determined not to accept it. 🙁 The whole experience made me very mad so i wrote to RCSS customer services regarding their coupon policy. Hopefully i hear from them soon. Has anyone run into this problem with RCSS before? Any advices? Thanks
