RedPlum Canada will be offering online printable coupons in Summer 2012. Click here for a link to the new website. Currently the website shows nothing but an error message, however we will update this post when there are coupons available. Initially I was excited by this news, however usually the RedPlum newpaper inserts are disappointing, so here’s to hoping the printable coupons are much better!
Thanks newwestcouponer for this information!

I particularly do NOT find printing my own coupons helpful,as supermarkets
do not accept them
Just the facts
I agree, until printables are widely accepted, they are not worth the paper they are printed on.

I wish that they would stop making printables. I do not have one retailer in my town or in any area towns that will accept them. I won’t be wasting any costly ink!

The only 2 supermarkets in B.C. that don’t accept printables are the most expensive IGA and Safeway sometimes.

i haven’t been refused use of a printable so far (im in a small town) but i like the idea of redplum printables as i dont get the inserts here and im tired of trying to trade for them through the mail

This makes me happy as I don’t get the Red Plum insert in the paper and there are often coupons that I would like to take advantage of. I have never had a problem at Wal-Mart or Thrifty foods using printable coupons. The clerks just check the date and process as usual. I think that it’s quite silly that some vendors wont process printable coupons.

I’ve never had a problem redeeming a printable coupon. Let’s hope Red Plum starts offering better coupons in general, however, regardless of being on their site or in their insert.
I have used printables in the past without any problems especially at Wal-mart. However, I have yet to print a smart source coupon even though I tried downloading the latest java as required and I always follow the steps. So I don’t know what will happen with red plum printables.
