I had the same problem. I went to the store and the cashier input the coupon but it wasn’t valid. She said there was nothing she could do and that possibly the coupon isn’t active anymore, which doesn’t make sense considering it says in fine print, it is valid until Feb.14th. So disappointing. I find too may times shoppers coupons just don’t work.

I had the same thing happen. I was told to come back on Wednesday and the till manager could try to get them to work. We ended up going to another Shoppers and the same thing happened so the manager gave us 500 points with one of the coupons but couldn’t honour all of them. Do they have a start date or something?

Same here, they scanned but then rejected when they hit sub-total.
