If anyone out there needs to get passport photos taken, head on over to Costco for a great deal. You can get a set of 2 passport photos for $4.99. Now I don’t know how much it is regularly at Costco but I’ve heard of some places charging as much as $9.99 for these. This is available for Costco members only, and expires on Feb. 7, 2010.

I just paid $33 at walmart to get photos done for me and my daughter. Wish I knew about this before

this is a great deal! walmart is ridiculously over-priced.and even the sales lady there at walmart told me that its cheaper to go costco…lol.

Most other places seem to be about 19 dollars for a set of 2 so this is a GREAT deal…will send my husband to get his this week!!

Make sure the photos are taken according to the requirements for passport, last time I had mine done at Costco, my face was so big on the pictures. I had to get them taken again by Shoppers.

Shoppers Drug Mart charges $9.99 Reg price..but Costco is definitely cheaper, I should go there next time.

I just went to WalMart a few weeks ago to get 3 sets done for my husband, daughter and son. It cost us $14.99 EACH!!! I didn’t ask how much they were because I figured that they would be just as cheap as Shoppers. It cost me $50.82 in total! Wish I knew about Costco!

The best thing about Costco… if they do screw up, they will replace the set for free. I’ve heard horror stories about other stores who screw up and won’t re-take the pictures unless you pay full price again. Get 2 sets.. I always carry a second set of pictures + a photocopy of page 3 of the passport in case I lose mine.

I also took mine in Walmart by mistake, they were not passport ones, but a canadian visa size, when i took them they gave me a receipt and told me they were refundable if there was a problem with them…i ended up not needed them and i just went back and told them they were rejected and gave me the money back!

Vivian, Costco has a new system where the computer sizes the picture so they will always be the right size. Also, like PP said , they will replace or refund if you are unhappy for any reason.

For members only! Unless you have a Costco membership, don’t bother going there for passport photos.
I don’t watch DWTS, however, I just saw a clip of JR. Damn! That guy can dance and I hope he wins. As to the bad grammar in the article…-shame. It seems, these days, that the worse the grammar, the more one gets praised. And it’s not just here on HP, I hear it everywhere-.
