Canadian Freebie: Free Finish Quantum 20ct After Mail-In Rebate Offer

The next edi­tion of Smart­Source (found in most news­pa­pers between August 1–8) will con­tain a mail-in rebate offer form for a free Fin­ish Quan­tum 20ct up to a max­i­mum of $7.99.  Limit of one refund per indi­vid­ual, fam­ily or house­hold.  Pur­chases must be made between August 1–21, 2011 and requests for refunds must be made by Sep­tem­ber 21, 2011.

    I don’t get the paper, but is there a place to print off the form?

    I sent in for a rebate back in Sept. but to date have not rec’d it!
    How long does it take to receive?
