Kiehl’s Canada is offering a free sample of Kiehl’s Clearly Corrective Dark Spot Solution.  This product is designed to reduce dark circles and create an even skin tone.  There is no information regarding the sample size, however Kiehl’s samples are usually generous, so I expect it will be a decent size.

(if this turns out to be a double post, sorry, the page appeared to have eaten my 1st post)

Why not just make your own serum, for cheap!

    Vitamin C Serum

This is more effective/active than any vitamin C product you can buy in a store. When you’re next in a fancy department store, just take a look at some of the serums that boast a high vitamin C content and check out how expensive they are! L-ascorbic acid is vitamin C and is available as a powder at most drugstores and health food stores.

Application: Use every morning and evening under your moisturizer
Shelf life: 1 month in the fridge*
*If your serum becomes discolored (yellowish), discard it; this means that it has oxidized.

    Ingredients:
    ¼ tsp. L-ascorbic acid
    1 tsp. vegetable glycerin
    1 tsp. distilled water

    1. Dissolve the L-ascorbic acid in the water in a small measuring cup. When it has fully dissolved, mix in the glycerin.
    2. Pour into the glass bottle

*Find this Recipe on Page 40 of Do It Gorgeously

The active ingredient of this sample is vitamin C. I’ve been using the above DIY recipe about twice a week for the past year and it got rid of my under-eye dark circles. Hubby likes it so much he uses it to lighten his age spots.

Thanks, Sandra5! Dark spot product cost so much! And I LOVE homemade alternatives. With having done my own experiences with other homemade recipes for other conditions, I’m sure your’s will work.
