This is a really neat freebie find for all you Olympic and sports fans out there.  You can register for a free Olympic 2010 journal.  Once you enter your email address you will get a message that says the journals will be available on Feb 1, at which time you will receive an email with shipping details.

Here are the details of the journal itself:

Capture all your Vancouver 2010 memories in your FREE personalized Official Vancouver 2010 Journal. Store tickets and memorabilia, and record your Games-related thoughts and experiences in this 160-page personalized journal (valued at $17.99 CDN). This unique keepsake includes photography ideas, questions to prompt Games memories, blank journal pages and a special pocket for Games-related memorabilia. A must-have for all Games enthusiasts!

Sounds like a pretty cool freebie.  I think I’m going to use it to keep track of the Canadian wins for my son.  He’s only one and this will be his first Olympic games.  It might make a cool keepsake for him when he’s older.

Click here to register for your free Vancouver 2010 Olympic journal.

Thanks to sweetcivic for finding this great freebie for us!

In case anyone is wondering when it asks you for the coupon code, it is JOURNAL2010

  10. Dis Belief

If the journal is “free” then why do you need a “coupon code” to enter? And if they’re not asking for your physical street address and only email I’m skeptical that there’s a “snag” involved (money) somewhere.…..????? And did anyone see the words “secure website” when they got to this site or check the certificate? Once they have your email address, they can find out any FRIGGING thing they want (including your home address, IP address, etc.…)! YES I am a skeptic.…. Beware the internet (it has good and bad qualities just like the people who use it.….)

I was just checking the site and i could be mistaken, but it says Standard shipping rates apply. does this mean that its not free then? if so, i could go without this ‘freebie’. someone please let me know, thanks. btw, has anyone recieved the email yet?

Has anyone received an email about shipping? Just wondering if it went to junk mail or they haven’t sent it out yet.

  14. Katy

Yeah, shipping is over $11 — thats crazy!!

I just sent them an e-mail…

  15. aatlaantis

for me the shipping was over $16 thats insane. The journal is only worth about $17. I decided not to order.

I am extremely impressed with your writing skills and also with the layout on your blog. Is this a paid theme or did you customize it yourself? Either way keep up the nice quality writing, it’s rare to see a nice blog like this one these days..
