It takes it off both. I ordered tulips for $13.00 and put in the code and my order went from $21.95 to $0.00
Looks like it only gives you a discount on the product itself, and not the shipping charges.
You still have to pay for the shipping charges.

Just tried both of those and the shipping still applies. Looks like they “fixed” it.
^ It appears they’ve corrected the offer. Yesterday I had ordered the “Dog’s Tooth Violet” and my total came to $0. I just tried again now with the same order and the shipping now applies.
The coupon however is still good for up to $25 worth of flower bulbs so for those avid gardeners who don’t mind paying the shipping, then it’s not too bad.
I think there pretty good flowers but ill wait until they go on clearance here and pick them up

Hi, I tried to put the Key # in and it says “Account # is required to activate this offer” – anyone know what to put there, or have they now changed it so that only the person who received the offer in the mail can get it?
Although it says “If you have no account number, you may just enter the Keycode” at the bottom…..it still asks for the account #

Nisha, you won’t receive them until fall or spring, depending on what you ordered. The bulbs have to be harvested first.
