For some reason, it keeps telling me to enter the letters in the box, even though I do it…am I missing something?
maybe you’re confusing the O for a zero?
Same here, every single time. They probably have run out of samples, and just don’t want to say that 🙂
I tried it again and just kept entering what I saw. Eventually it said that I couldn’t request a sample because one had already been sent to my address. So maybe it went through? I also email their tech support to let them know the problem.
i have the same problem. I hate that form.
I had the same problem but then it went through and a thank you message appeared. We’ll see…
It kept asking me to enter the code and I kept trying until the box with the code went blank and I could no longer see the code.
It does go through even if it gives strange responses like “couldn’t request a sample because one had already been sent to my address”. That happened to me last time but I did get a coupon in the mail.
mine just did nothing when i hit enter. no confirmation, no problem … nada!
I signed up for this months ago and have never received this.
I filled in all the info and when i hit submit it does not do anything.
When I put in my postal code and go to the next box to fill, the postal code changes to slashes or dots. Site asks me to put in correct postal code – – I fill in the correct postal code and get the same error, over and over again. I’ve tried upper and lower letters, I’ve tried on different days – nothing
Worked tonight… it does just sit there after you hit enter for a good 10 seconds. Then it goes to a new screen:

I’ve been trying for 2 days, answer all the questions (see below) hit submit – then nothing. Why if you answer NO to current use does it make you continue to answer 8 more questions that don’t apply? What gives ???
