Maurice St-Laurent Limitée is recalling St Laurent brand Butter from the marketplace due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. Consumers should not consume the recalled product described below.
What you should do
Check to see if you have recalled product in your home. Recalled product should be thrown out or returned to the store where it was purchased.
If you think you became sick from consuming a recalled product, call your doctor.
Food contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes may not look or smell spoiled but can still make you sick. Symptoms can include vomiting, nausea, persistent fever, muscle aches, severe headache and neck stiffness. Pregnant women, the elderly and people with weakened immune systems are particularly at risk. Although infected pregnant women may experience only mild, flu-like symptoms, the infection can lead to premature delivery, infection of the newborn or even stillbirth. In severe cases of illness, people may die.
There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of this product.

Amazon Canada has set the official day for Amazon Prime Day for 2017, the third iteration of the e-commerce giant’s exclusive savings day, and it will be this Tuesday, July 11th. This year’s savings will actually be lasting for 30 hours, and beginning slowly on Monday, July 10th at 9pmET and continuing to update every five minutes thereafter with new hot deals until Wednesday, July 12th at 3amET.
While Amazon is trying to keep a tight lid on all of the deals that will be available this year, they have already begun teasing out some warm-up deals that are available starting today. For instance, you can pick up Amazon Music Unlimited in a four-month subscription package for just $0.99 (keep in mind, for Prime members this service usually costs $7.99/month).
That’s the other restriction you should be aware of for Amazon Prime Day; you have to be an Amazon Prime Member to take advantage of the deals. Prime membership supplies you with free shipping with no minimum purchase and access to Amazon video, as well as 20% off on diapers and video pre-game orders. Amazon Prime membership costs $79 for a one-year membership (or $39 for a student), but you will also be able to shop the deals if you have signed up for a free trial membership.
Also, keep in mind that Amazon might actually be offering discounted Amazon Prime memberships during Prime Day.

Sears Canada is kicking off summer in style, at least for kids they are, as right now, when you shop Sears label kids’ clothing you can save 50% off when you buy at least two articles of clothing. The deal is actually that when you buy two items you’ll receive one for free, but if your two items of are equal value then it would work out to you saving half-off on each item.
Since this sale is only applicable on Sears label clothing, I suggest you filter your search by brand name so as to ensure the easiest shopping experience. The second item of equal or lesser value will be the discounted item, so in this case the t-shirt would be the discounted one.

If you will be shopping for dishwasher detergent products, keep your eyes peeled for a couple of mail in rebate offers that are currently attached to Finish products. Watch for a red sticker across the top of bags of various sizes of Finish Quantum max products. These are mail in rebate forms allowing you to try Finish products for free!
I have seen two different types of these red stickers. The first says “SAVE up to $20” and is valid on any Finish Quantum Max products 18ct to 64ct Quantum Max Lemon 18ct to 64ct. You will receive up to $20 back to cover the cost of the product and taxes.
The second sticker says “TRY ME FREE” and is valid on the same products noted above, but covers up to $25 in this case.
Both mail in rebates are valid until December the 31st, 2017, which is the last date that you have to purchase the product. This gives you plenty of time to locate these stickers so don’t forget to keep looking! To date I have seen them at Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart, and Sobeys.
