For all you American Girl fans out there in the GTA, you’ll be absolutely thrilled with this announcement from your favourite bookstore, Chapters Indigo Canada. In a little over a month, on Saturday, July 4th, moms and dads from around the Toronto region will be lining up at the Toronto Eaton Centre outside of Indigo to check out the new American Girl Specialty Boutique that will be opening.
The opening of the store will be celebrated with a special day-long event in-store where you will be entertained by live shows, have the chance to claim some free American Girl giveaways, and much more! Plus, for those of you who have iRewards memberships or a Plum membership, you will be able to enter for a chance to win a free exclusive shopping experience at the American Girl Specialty Boutique (before everyone else) for you and one guest. There are 10 possible shopping trips to win, all of which will include light refreshments, live music, entertainment and the chance to win a hot American Girl prize, like the Grace Thomas, Girl of the Year doll.
The regular opening-day event will be held from 9:30am-9:30pm, while the contest winners exclusive shopping event will take place on the same day but from 7:30am-9am.
