    I think the total has to be 39$ AFTER dis­counts, and before taxes for free ship­ping. :)

    To get free ship­ping, the Subto­tal only needs to be $39 before any dis­count and taxes. If your Subto­tal is just a lit­tle over $39, it’s pos­si­ble your Total could be a lit­tle under $39 after apply­ing HST and pro­mo­tional offer.
