This sam­ple is avail­able to Cana­dian res­i­dents only. One per house­hold and you must be at least 18 to order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your sam­ple to arrive. Quan­ti­ties are limited.

    I just clicked the link and it worked. It did ask for a csotco mem­ber­ship num­ber which I have but for­got to input before I clicked sub­mit– and it did say my sam­ple would arrive in 4–6 weeks, so not sure if the costco mem­ber­ship num­ber is a must.

    I just tried it and it offered me a sam­ple of “Poise” for blad­der leaks.
