Costco Canada, in both the east and the west, currently has the GFR protein on sale for only $31.99. This is a great time to stock up on it while the price is right. The taste is decent (not overly great) and it mixes pretty well. The vanilla seems to be the highest rated flavour especially because it goes with pretty much anything. They also have a chocolate flavour that has mixed reviews that I’ve never tried personally. Keep in mind that this deal is only available in stores!
Women looking at protein shakes and supplements sometimes get the impression that they’re only for bodybuilders and that they’re going to gain weight if they drink them. However, it is more common for an active women to retain more muscle and lose more fat by drinking protein shakes!
