You can shop these deals both in-store and online, but remember that free-shipping at Forever 21 is now only available if you spend a minimum of $60.

Within the 50% off sale on dresses, I was able to find this beautiful crimson embroidered A-line dress (which would make for a great New Year’s Eve dress to ring in the New Year) for just $14.90, before it was $29.80.
