Last time they had this I placed an order was SUPER excited and then they cancelled my order with no warning becuase my billing address was incorrect…BUT IT WASN’T! This place always screws me

I’d rather visit the store because the processing system sucks on the website. But every time I go there, there’s a HUGE lineup.

After they cancelled your order, did the amount on your credit card account was removed? Or did your credit card compagny still charged you and you had to get refunded by forever21 store? Do the credit card amounts get removed after a forever21 online order cancellation? Because they also said this to me and my billing adress is also correct! I dont understand.
