if you got o canada.forever21.com it ships from ontario i believe so there are no duties.. ive bought from them many times i live in halifax but even with their regular shipping that says 4–6 days i get it in 2

Yep, no duties, no hassles of any kind. It takes them a few days to package it but the timeline usually goes something like this: order on Thursday, package over the weekend, receive items on Monday.

The canadian forever21 page will not charge you duty, as it is the canadian one.
