This technically isn’t free when you have to purchase the 2 packages of fish, PLUS pay $5.00. It’s going to end up costing you just shy of 20.00 once you’re all done. Is it really worth some piece of junk hat?

it’s not a scam. my boyfriend and I just bought our usual fish sticks in family size boxes and sent our $5 and got the hat plus $5 in coupons. I’m pretty happy about it! they try to make up the $5 shipping by giving you coupons. if you regularly buy Highliner products, then this really IS free.
