I and many others got this in an email from the wonderful Home Basics mailer!
 Heres the fine print:

i refuse to drink anything but teatly .
guess that what i get from being to england a few times
lol
even for free cups .. this ones still not worth it for me
hahaha
I actually only drink white and green tea now, so the odds of me buying this are probably slim, but a ton of people do drink it 😛
how do we actually get it after buying the tea. what codes and stuff do we need?
I very much enjoy the Presidents Choice Organics green teas.
I started with the green tea, then the white tea which is a younger plant. Now I drink a lot of the lemon green tea.
The honey & ginger is nice when you have a cold.
No free mugs, just great taste!
Marla, its all in the top post 🙂

I love RedRose and I have already sent out for the Mug. I CANT WAIT!
I ordered them about ten-twelve weeks ago. A bit disappointed how small they were. :0(
I sent in everything required for the Limited Edition tea cup over 12 weeks ago and haven’t received anything yet. The offer states that it just takes 8 – 10 weeks for delivery. Can someone check and get back to me on this. Another person sent in her request shortly after mine and also hasn’t received her mug. I can be reached at (email removed to protect privacy)
Thank you.

Monica, we just posted the deal, your best bet is to email or call the company directly.
I was very disappointed in how small they were as well. they are like an espresso cup, not a tea cup.
I have another coupon and UPS here, if someone wants to provide me with their mailing address I will send it to you or directly to red rose.

I received a letter from Unilever today (the parent company of Red Rose). They are out of cups. As a substitute I received a coupon for a free box of Red Rose tea bags (72 pack).
I don’t really mind as I have too many cups as is, and if they are as small as everyone says, then I probably wouldn’t have used them.
Maybe I’ll use the coupon to get another box that qualifies for the offer and send in for another offer and end up with yet another free box of tea…
ok
I was hoping to put the cups in my wife`s stocking for Christmas . 6 – 8 weeks …
I sent for them back in late October, but I guess the regular old snail mail
is exactly that. I could have walked to New Brunswick and back by now.
I would like you to at least send us a 4 pack set, if I have to wait this long,
or did you forget you were supposed to honor your contest customer commitments.
