I and many oth­ers got this in an email from the won­der­ful Home Basics mailer!

 Heres the fine print:

Valid in Canada only and can­not be com­bined with any other offer. Allow 8–10 weeks for deliv­ery.     I actu­ally only drink white and green tea now, so the odds of me buy­ing this are prob­a­bly slim, but a ton of peo­ple do drink it :P

    I very much enjoy the Pres­i­dents Choice Organ­ics green teas.
    I started with the green tea, then the white tea which is a younger plant. Now I drink a lot of the lemon green tea.
    The honey & gin­ger is nice when you have a cold.
    No free mugs, just great taste!

    I ordered them about ten-twelve weeks ago. A bit dis­ap­pointed how small they were. :0(

    I sent in every­thing required for the Lim­ited Edi­tion tea cup over 12 weeks ago and haven’t received any­thing yet. The offer states that it just takes 8 — 10 weeks for deliv­ery. Can some­one check and get back to me on this. Another per­son sent in her request shortly after mine and also hasn’t received her mug. I can be reached at (email removed to pro­tect privacy)

    I was very dis­ap­pointed in how small they were as well. they are like an espresso cup, not a tea cup.

    I have another coupon and UPS here, if some­one wants to pro­vide me with their mail­ing address I will send it to you or directly to red rose.

    I received a let­ter from Unilever today (the par­ent com­pany of Red Rose). They are out of cups. As a sub­sti­tute I received a coupon for a free box of Red Rose tea bags (72 pack).

    I don’t really mind as I have too many cups as is, and if they are as small as every­one says, then I prob­a­bly wouldn’t have used them.

    Maybe I’ll use the coupon to get another box that qual­i­fies for the offer and send in for another offer and end up with yet another free box of tea…

    I was hop­ing to put the cups in my wife‘s stock­ing for Christ­mas . 6 — 8 weeks …
    I sent for them back in late Octo­ber, but I guess the reg­u­lar old snail mail
    is exactly that. I could have walked to New Brunswick and back by now.

    I would like you to at least send us a 4 pack set, if I have to wait this long,
    or did you for­get you were sup­posed to honor your con­test cus­tomer commitments.
