Today is the last day of Future Shop’s 10 days of deals. Wow, 10 days just flew by real quick!
Future Shop is trying to leave a good memory in our minds by ending the 10 days with a good deal. Today the Altec Lansing 2.1 Computer Speaker System (XA3021) is on sale for $19.99 (regular price $99.99).
These speakers look very funny and attractive. If you’re look for decent speakers with a subwoofer (but not a home theater) for your computer this deal is definitely for you. I strongly recommend this Future Shop deal. Just note that Future Shop won’t ship the speakers until 19th May, but unless you’re in a real hurry that shouldn’t be a prob. SO tempting!! I have a Logitech 6.1 setup that I absolutely hate. It replaced a great Altec Lansing 4.1 set with a blown speaker… But here’s the real catch – I’m not using anything but the front speakers right now anyways!! I think I’m gonna hafta go for this. Logitech, meet your new best friend, eBay. 🙂

Another though (maybe boo knows?) – I just tried to purchase it, and it will let me (didn’t put the order through yet though) and on the purchase page it says “Pre-Order: Estimated Release Date, May 19th.” Boo – I noticed you mentioned that they wouldn’t ship until the 19th – do you know if it would show as Sold Out on the product page and still ship on the 19th?
Sorry to be such a pain – it’s a great deal and I just want to make sure that if I order it I won’t be waiting 8 months until they restock. 😉
