no point of buying if can’t combined with the buy 3 get 2 free or whatever in store promo!! booo .. last time they let me combine!
I bought 3 of these, and when I went in to TBS at Stone Road mall in Guelph to use one today, one of the associates tried to tell me that my groupon was only worth $15, not $30. After much debate, and her going to check with her manager, she reluctantly agreed that it was worth $30. Unbelievable – who in this day and age hasn’t seen a groupon? Good lord. And, I also hold the manager/manager on duty responsible for not properly informing/training staff. Anyways….One cool thing though – when I got my receipt – I received another coupon for $15 off a $40 purchase expires Dec 31st/13.
Yeah, I should have followed some of the early doubters. Went to use the Groupon and clerk was quite snippy at Bayview. Anything that was already on sale she insisted I had to pay regular price and then only gave me $15 value for my $30 Groupon. I got ripped. Merry Xmas to you Mrs. Grinch!
I thought it seemed like a good deal until I went to the store and saw that nearly everything in the store was already discounted, or “Buy 2, Get 2 Free”. The Groupon can’t be combined with other promotions or discounts, so I ended up paying just as much as I would have without the Groupon. Don’t buy it.
