I joined the rewards program before I placed my order so I could get stuff today, I figured the selection would be better today than after more people start ordering. I guess eating the extra $7 isn’t so bad considering the prices. I got all sale stuff and the prices we’re so much better than any price I’ve ever seen in the store. And I love that there’s so much the can be worn together in their collections.

You can use them online during the redemption period! I buy a lot of my youngest clothes online even after exchange i’m still saving more then the Canadian stores.
People even sell gymboree bucks on ebay haha.

So no extra charges other than $7, GST and PST (like that wasn’t enough). I always thought there was still customs or duties.
I joined the rewards program but the code is not working for me. I have 16 items in my shopping cart with a total of $121.70 and it is charging me $10.95 for shipping. How do I get free shipping?
Free ship only applies to US, for Canada there is a chart — I think you pay 10.95
I buy Gymboree all the time! ( Too much! ) But I never buy online anymore as I am always charged custom fees!! Not too sure how some of you are not??
BTW, I have MANY+++ items that my daughter will no longer use ( spring, summer as well as fall winter, that are just too small or the fact that she has too many items to be able to wear them all!!! )

I’ve stopped buying online. The prices are wonderful but the duty coming across the border is brutal and almost evens out the pricing. Just as a note, gymbucks earned online must be redeemed online. Those earned instore can only be redeemed instore. Online is US dollars, in store is Cdn dollars.
Can someone clarify if there are US custom fees? I’m a huge fan of Gymboree but have never ordered online because of this. Conflicting information above…if it’s just GST, PST, and $7.00, then definitely worth it but I don’t want to take a beating on custome fees. Thanks!

I had to pay $34 customs fees to get my parcel from DHL on top of the other shipping charge. Not sure I will buy online again. It also says that the gymbucks are only available to use online or in the US.
I was schocked and disappointed as to how much I had to pay for customs and duty. In the end, it was no bargain for me. I love their clothes and quality, but shipping to Canada becomes to costly. Too bad they don;t have a Canadian online site.
Same here, I’m from Canada, and for a pair of pant that was on special, I got charged $47.21 in canadian money, and $20.43 of shiping, for a total of $67.64 in Canadian for a dawn f… pair of pants… never again I will buy online for Gymboree, and I don’t understand why theirs no Canadian website.
