This is a flash sale, so I understand the wait time to connect with a representative. HOWEVER, over 1.5 hours does not constitute good customer service. As well, staying for this length of time on my cell hopefully does not incur extra charges!!!!
Why gave you not thought of hiring or providing more hours to your agents? NOT pleased with the LONG wait time, and it means I will lose my option to purchase the one-day (until 11.59pm) sale on a queen headboard, which is very disappointing to me. First time using the online option and after being on hold for over the considerate time, I was disconnected!!.
Very, very poor service and a loss to a good customer. Buyers beware of Hudson Bay’s poor judgment on how best to serve customers online.
