be aware that even though the ad clearly states “an extra 50% off” The Bay isn’t standing by their ad for sales via their site. Stores are taking an additional 50% clearance, but there is no promo code to use when shopping on line and the prices are not reduced a further 50% even at checkout (exclusions were checked). We used their “chat” function and was told that the prices online already reflect the 50% off – clearly not true as some items were not even marked down 50%. We then called and were told the same thing even though the rep knew it didn’t make sense. Getting tired of these tactics from The Bay. Honour your ads.
