Have you requested your latest coupons from J&J? Several users have mentioned they were offered additional coupons in honour of Mother’s Day when they requested their coupons. If you haven’t requested some recently, now might be the time to do so!

I called them on Apr. 29 and they told me the $2 band-Aid/Listerine ones are no longer available 🙁
this is totally a hit and miss on which rep you get, called at the beginning of the month and the lady told me they no longer do this and to go to Healthy Essentials yet I phoned back a couple of days later and got them
I agree with Heather. Whenever I call I am told they no longer send out coupons and then direct me to the Healthy Essentials online. I just stopped calling cause it gets me nowhere.
I find the best method is to email them 🙂
I was also told months ago by a male rep that they were no longer sending them out and to go to their website, but I called back a few days later and I got someone else, and have been getting them every month since. I was also told that the Reach coupons are no longer because J&J no longer make the brushes. Some other company in California is making them now. Too bad. Those are my favorite.
i have been calling for two years and I have never had an issues with getting my coupons. Interesting that a lot of people have. As long as you have the reference number I believe that you can keep getting the coupons sent. I don’t have a home printer so I just tell them that if they ever say anything about online stuff.
Was told that the pink coupons are no longer avaliable which really really sucks as I was getting those $2 teal ones for OB tampons for over a year and I’ve got like 50+ boxes of tampons so no longer need those coupons. Also am completely stocked up on Aveeno and Clean and Clear for several years.
BTW – no one mentioned anything about mothers day when I called 🙁 But I told the man to have a nice weekend since it is Friday after all 🙂
I just called for my coupons, and the nice man asked at the end that if I’m a mom, and I reply yes I have 4 kids, and then he will also send me some coupons for mother’s day.
