I’ve just made a purchase. The code doesn’t really work. They’re having computer issue. Instead of 40% off the specific clearance items, you’d get 4.5% off entire purchase. I’ve called them and they say they’ll fix it by the end of the week since they’ve received more than 10 calls today.
I don’t know man, Joe Fresh is always having these problems. Sending me wrong sizes, wrong color, charging me $1570.00 for $57.00. Even the in-store purchase often overcharge. Like it isn’t even a proper store.
They’ll always fix it in the end, but it takes up time. And you ought to be careful to catch these problems.
Just made an order my total discount should have been 19.06$ they only took off $10.64. Spent 30 mins on the phone with them now I need to wait 2 business days for them to review my file… WTF
