My daughter had corn pops last week. Is someone gonna call childrens aid? She doesnt get them for breakfast though. SHe gets a few for a snack. SHe likes daddys cereal for a treat. She even gave one to her 18 month old sister!!!!!! Lock me up and throw away the keys:S

Wow great deal, just wait I must be comiting dietary abuse too since I bought my 1 child that will only eat Rice Krispsies 2 boxes of Coco Rice Krispies. Wow better call CPS on me LMAO. Do you really think a 10 year old need 2 boxes of cereal for herself. Some people just need to get a life.

I don't think it's appropriate to make negative comments about a post because you feel it's unhealthy. It's your choice to decide what you and your family will be eating and it's not up to you to judge someone based on them buying one item. I posted a candy brag a while ago, it certainly doesn't mean that we eat candy all the time. Often the healthiest things are the ones that don't go on sale so they aren't posted. This site is about getting good deals, whatever they may be!

I was never overweight as a child but, I am now. IN MY OPINION... I think it has more to do with "dieting"... "failing".... "binging" because I am such a loser,... "dieting" because I hate myself, "eating healthily" because its good for me "failing"... because everyone around me eats what they want, and I want to too, and finally trying to meet unrealistic goals. The first time I went on a diet I was in Gr.9 and I am 5'8 weighed 122lbs and my best friend was in Gr.10 and only weighed 118. even though she was 2" shorter than me I felt like a fat pig and started to diet. My point is when I was a kid I ate chips and chocolate bars, stacks of cookies, McDonalds, sugary cereals and drank pop...not sugar free pop it hadn't really been made mainstream yet, Tab was our only option and it was gross!!! We didn't know better back then, as long as kids were getting taller and heavier you must have been doing something right! The only time I had an issue with my weight, was when I made it an issue. I know there is more to being healthy than keeping your weight in a "normal" range. In my opinion when we start making a big deal about food is when kids take notice and start getting conflicted feelings about food. Inform you kids, teach your kids but give them some part of the responsibility and they will be just fine, even if they ate corn pops for breakfast because it is important to have something, anything for breakfast each day.

Okkkk…ppl seriously need to stop interfering in other ppl’s business and making judgements without even knowing them. You don’t know why the cereal was bought, maybe it was for a recipe, art project, who knows and what does it matter. It was a good deal, PERIOD. And regarding feeding kids ‘sugar’ cereal, relax…I hardly remember what my parents fed me when I was young, and if today I have a sweet tooth, I don’t blame them just because they fed me corn pops all day.

Oh My. This is too funny. Who knew a post on Corn Pops would bring about such debate? Its cereal for goodness sakes! You weren’t were saying you were feeding your family cyanide or lumps of coal. If so, then I understand a little criticism. Its ncredible really.
I do have two boxes of Corn Pops in my house, and really, I figure if we aren’t eating it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner it really isn’t that big of a deal. Its about moderation people, and really, this site is about good deals, and that is an exceptionally good deal! Thanks for sharing!

Toonies for Tummies coupons were accepted at our stores for a while till my manager found out that they wont re-imburse us for the coupon so we were told to not accept them. Im just letting you know about MY zellers, however im sure lots of places still accept them.

Also, Toonies for Tummies seem to be able to be used in Zellers in Ontario, but not other spots like Atlantic Canada. I recall someone posting in the forum about that when TfT first came out.
