Offer valid at participating locations only, yet no indication of which locations are partcipating. If my past experience working at Kelsey’s is any indication, most locations will suddenly stop “participating” whenever it’s busy.

The starters were half price this past weekend, but it was only a promotio for that one weekend.

This is only in Ontario. I work at Kelsey’s in Winnipeg and was told “NO! You didn’t tell one of your tables, did you?!?” when I asked my manager about this today. Lol, so disappointingly this is NOT at all Kelsey’s locations.

Luckily we were there around 8:30 so it didn’t matter. great deal I will definitely be taking advantage of that. the total came to under $12 for us both.

We took advantage of this offer tonight. Be warned that apparently it’s only valid after 8:00pm. Luckily we were there around 8:30 so it didn’t matter. But if we went there for lunch, or the prime dinner hours, it would have been a disappointment. Great deal though — yum!

I went to Kelseys with a friend yesterday and got this promo!
We ordered their potato skins and spinach dip, the total came to under $12 for us both. We were stuffed.

Keep in mind this special doesn’t include their nachos or wings! Still a great deal though!
