Has anyone been to such sale previously? ARe these really good or they have 90% off on a single item while the rest are pretty much up there.

Hard to say exactly what they’ll have as it depends on what’s been returned or found to be damaged.
They usually have small appliances that they sell in the stores, such a coffee makers, toaster ovens, etc. Some are dented, others may not be working properly. Glassware/dishes may have one or two pieces missing. Other stuff may be ok but its overstock or just slightly damaged. Furniture is usually dented or scratched.
Anything boxed will indicate the defect, but check carefully because its all as is and final sale.
Some items are not a deal given the condition, but for the most part its significantly cheaper than in-store.
There’s usually a lot of great items for hostest gifts or showers.
I don’t know if this sale takes credit/debit. I’ve only been to their summer sidewalk sales which are cash only.
They accept debit and credit. Tons of appliances. Limited parking. From what I’ve heard, awesome deals!
