Mcdonalds is celebrating Mchappy Day again, this year it’s on Wednesday, May 5th, 2010. One dollar from the sale of every Egg McMuffin sandwich, Happy Meal and Big Mac sandwich will be donated to Children’s charities in Canada. More than 1400 Mcdonalds locations are participating in it and lots of money gets donated, it’s definitely a good cause.

Great Charity event, you don’t think about it until you’ve been there and come to realize just how important this HOUSE really is!!
What a lot of people don’t realize is that at least half of the money raised on McHappy day goes directly to the local charity of that restaurant’s choice, and the other half goes to fund the Ronald McDonald house. Plus, the restaurants usually have contests and prizes and stuff on that day for customers…
