Coupgon has some great mobile coupons again this week to help you save on items you rarely see coupons for! This week includes fresh chicken, produce, yogurt, and more. As always, coupons may vary by store and not all items will be available at all stores.
For me, Giant Tiger is the only local store participating, so while I have used a few produce offers, I can’t make the most of Coupgon. For those of you with actual grocery stores accepting the app, take advantage of these offers this week:

I tried this at Giant Tiger.
Firstly, you have to have access to dataplan or wifi in order to redeem in store. Redeeming is a multiple stepped process:
Prior to visiting store
– Select your coupons to reserve them. They will appear under the REDEEM tab.
At store
– After selecting your purchases, under the REDEEM tab on phone app, for each coupon with a purchase, mark it to REDEEM status.
– For each coupon being redeemed, the camera will appear as you mark it to REDEEM status. You are to scan the QR code. The QR code is presented by the cashier to mark the coupon as redeemed. (I think the QR code is the same regardless of which coupon you are redeeming. It’s just to mark the coupon as used.)
– Next, the Cashier inputs the value per coupon, MANUALLY just like a paper coupon.
Because there are some high value CoupGon offers (ie: $1 for Shake N Bake) with multiple limits, it’s actually worth it.
And, the good news is that Giant Tiger will price match most major chains.
You also need location connected so they can make sure you are at a participating store (which is a little weird since the cashier would just refuse to scan at a store that does not accept them)

Only need to scan the QR Code ONE TIME and it will process all the coupons in REDEEM status to REDEEMED.
