Old Navy stores from time to time offer an additional 50% off on women’s clearance items… I’ve read several people on the Smart Canucks forum report that this is valid at their locations, so be sure to check it out! It’s a great opportunity to get some great deals, especially if you have an Old Navy Weekly coupon handy (yes these are valid on clearance items too)!
This should be nation-wide, but has been confirmed at Vaughan Mills Mall in Toronto (Vaughan) and Conestoga Mall in Waterloo, Ontario. I am not sure how long it’s going on for, usually a week. Check your local store for more details.
Also, FYI — Old Navy offers price adjustments for previously purchased items whose price has been reduced in the last 14 days.
I meant to post this last night, but got busy with volunteering events etc.. As far as I know, the additional 50% is just WOMENS clearance items.. Guess we shop more? haha..
And price adjustments are within 14 days.. After that the till will not allow cashiers to change the price, so there is no way of doing it. Just don’t want anyone going on the 15th day and not saving money when they could have!.. I got some wicked deals yesterday.. I’ll have to post when I get a chance!
Saw the extra 50% off at my local store on Friday, but the store’s in such a mess good luck trying to sort through it to find something good. The racks are so full everything falls on the floor when you try to sort through. They didn’t bother to sort by size like they normally do with clearance. Great if anyone’s got the time I guess.
I got a few things about a month ago for 50% of the clearance prices. They didn’t scan up in the computer though so you need to watch them scan everything in and check the prices!
nat — I stand corrected… I do price adjustments all the time, and while typing that up I second guessed myself and put 15.
I was at the one just as you get into Kitchener yesterday. It had a ton of clearance, even newer stuff like cardi coats and sweaters. I got a brown cord jacket for under 10$ by the time they took the extra 50% off and my 25% off! I also got an argyle sweater for 3.75! Reg 35.40! Anyways I ended up with 10 things and after my discounts and 25% off it came to 60$!
Lots of nice deals, the kitchener store is pretty clean too. Last time I was in the London one a few weeks ago out where the newer walmart is I was disgusting with how many clothes were on the floor and how sloppy everythiing was. The one in Kitchener sorts by size and has tons of associates organizing stuff.

Ooo Kitchener and us are competitors… We work very hard to keep our store clean!.. Our clearance is sorted by size, colour, and sleeve/pant/skirt length. Sounds like you got some great deals too! Hopefully everyone else does as well!

The kids items didn’t ring up at an additional 50% off because it’s only womens clearance. ..All the signs at my store say Additonal 50% off womens clearance fashions. I think it’s just womens because we’ve got more than mens and kids..?
the clearance is on womens’, mens’ and babies.…not just on women’s
