did not work for me, told me my order did not qualify….
Hi Jami, what type of items did you add to your Old Navy shopping cart? What were the “Surprise Savings” they offered to you when you went to the website?
I got the same thing as Jami. I added about $40 worth of kids clothes into my cart. I was offered 15%. Disappointing 🙁
Did not work for me either. It said I did not qualify just the 20% surprise. I had Active clothes that I meant to buy yesterday at 40% and didn’t click submit.
Didn’t work for me either, said it did not qualify. I got 15% off through the e-mail.
the discount keeps changing. When I first logged in it showed my discount is 40% off. I keyed in the code mystery40 and it gave me the 40% off. Then I wanted to add something and continued shopping. When I went to check out, the mystery discount that appeared at the top showed 15%off and it wouldn’t give me the 40% off. The disc. keeps changing. And then it showed 20%. So I guess you have to keep logging in and check.
Same thing is happening to me, the discount offer at the top keeps changing. I’ve tried entering all of the codes its given me MYSTERY_ but they all say my order doesn’t qualify. Everything I want is regular price, no everyday steals or hot deals. There appears to be glitch.
I just clicked through the e-mail today and now it’s telling me 30% off. MYSTERY30 is working for me at the moment.
