Litte Ceasers has 5$ large pepperoni pizza’s year round, but I always get them to make one fresh, if you get one thats been sitting in the heating cabinet too long then it just tastes like cardboard.

Ever since i found a thick non (head) hair in my pizza from the one in my area i have avoided the place like the plague , even when i called and complained about it and offered a new pizza when it arrived someone has sat on the pizza and the card board was mushed into the cheese . Only after a 3rd call i had to drive across the city to another location to get a replacement pizza , wasted over an hour and dinner was ruined — forver basically . Its your health on what you eat , but i always recommended my friends to not eat there as what has happened to me . Who knows what else was in that pizza ! I just about threw the cookies up and out .I thought next time i was going to call the public health board but you know what there was never another next time .

If you ever have a problem like this contact the head office not the place you got it from, they’ll just get a laugh and make your next order even worse.

You can base the reputation of a chole chain just on one thing though, the proble mis that every pizza place and fast food place is run by kids so this is going to happen alot, which is why I tend not to eat at places like this and avoid mcdonals at all costs, their food is terrible and god knows what the kids making it do to it.

Ive has a not too good experience with a pizza pizza here too actually, the people making the pizza were very roudy, yelling and joking around, its no way to run a restraunt.

Kids unde 18 shouldnt be allowed to cook food for people.

    i agree

pizza pizza is by far the worst pizza chain in toronto,if not canada

not only is the quality of their product absolutely horrendous (the equivalent of grease on cardboard), but their customer service is a joke
have you ever tried to enforce the ’30 minutes or its free’ rule?
they make the biggest fuse possible not to honour it & end up trying to bargain with you

IF YOU’RE GOING TO HAVE SUCH A POLICY, STAND BY IT NO QUESTIONS ASK

this is why I tell people to avoid this place & will never eat their again

Our ceasers has the med for $5 everyday and its way tastier than pizza pizza. Id rather buy from little caesars and donate the 50cents to the miracle network.

Dave I dont feel its fair to judge all youths as bad employees. I worked at a pizza joint all through highschool and I feel I gave excellent customer service and had a great work ethic. Also I have seen plenty of grown adults with nasty kitchen practices.

they most likely closed after i called

Pizza Pizza is my favourite safety net for food in Toronto. They consistently provide me with cheap product when I’m so hungry that I couldn’t care about the quality. Actually they’re not that bad, but it all depends on timing. A fresh pizza is very edible. An old one is pretty bad. You just look at the mass-produced crust and bulk discount toppings. I’ve also noticed that this chain varies considerably from store to store. They used to have a great deal — a small 1 topping pizza for $5. This was great for me while on the road. I would order the same pizza at different stores and got anything from a crust just barely touched with sauce, minimal toppings, and almost no cheese at one place to completely covered in sauce, more toppings, and covered with cheese at another.

we watched the guy who handled our money walk to the container with the cheese in it and take a huge handful and then eat it. He JUST handled our money five seconds before so I yelled back there if they were going to get a new thing of cheese for OUR pizza, he laughed I said I was serious they didn’t of course. I told them I wanted our money back and left so did 5 other people in the store that were waiting for their pizza. I called and complained to head office NOTHING was ever done about it. WILL NEVER go back to a pizza pizza again

I hate to say it but pizza pizza isn’t the worst pizza on the planet, even thought its quiet bad, and tryed to open up in vancouver and failed, there are three pizza chains that charge top dollar for there pizza, I consider them to be the worst pizza i have ever had. When i say worst i mean worse then frozen store pizza, pizza thats a near a dollar slice at some local franchises, and of course $5 little caesars. So I have had some bad pizza. The 3 worst places where I can’t believe people actually go there and eat pizza, that seem to be popular, and even get good reviews. It makes me think Canadians have bad taste when it comes to food, especially pizza, they will pay for the most overpriced worst tasting pizza imaginable. Boston Pizza, The flying Wedge,& Me and Ed’s are the worst pizzas chains I have ever tried, and literally could not believe how bad the pizza was at each of these places and how much it cost, people who go there, are crazy have no taste buds and have never tried a good pizza or know what one tastes like. Pizza is all about balance, with toppings, dough, type of sauce, type of oven, choices of pizza, spices, cheese blends, and these places no nothing of any of that. You couldn’t pay me to eat any of there pizzas, I would rather have a frozen pizza pocket, or make my own in a microwave, ya thats right, thats how bad they are. I would choice microwave pizza or a pizza pocket. I could go into detail of how bad each pizza and why its bad but whats the point people obviously have bad taste and like this crap so who am I too say why its so bad.I have had really good pizza, in other cities like Toronto, Edmonton, New York, Las Vegas, Chicago, just never in Vancouver yet. And I don’t think I ever will, its not a world class city where fine restaurants seem to come, way too many crappy fast food restaurants, sushi places, east indian restaurants, and disgusting greasy spoons that are not clean.
