The free shipping code doesn’t work
You must log in as a guest in order to use the free shipping code. Worked for me.
Where is the section for the free shipping code? Thanks
Hi Brenda,
After you click on proceed to checkout, choose Guest Checkout, enter your information and then you should be able to enter promo code.
I hope this helps! 🙂
Thank you I will try it again 😀
The mint system wouldn’t let me use the code: FREESHIPSIGNUP.
When I signed-out of my account, cleared the cookies then re-ordered to check out as a GUEST, it accepted the order.
I used Guest Checkout but didn’t see a field to enter the promo code. Is it on the shipping page? Am I just not seeing it?
Follow up: I found it. The field is in the shopping cart. I had to use my daughter’s email address, though, as it didn’t work with mine. A message popped up telling me to sign in to my account when I typed in my email address.
Same here. I only see the promo code box only in the basket page, not after the guest checkout.
I cleared the cookies and re-tried, this time entering promo code before the guest checkout and still didn’t work… 🙁
Finally it worked! 🙂
Enter the code in the shopping cart page but use the CAPS when entering the code.
Because i typed in lower case in the beginning and that was the problem. lol
I was able to order but paid for shipping (not able to put code)
Yeah, even with doing all the above, I can’t get the code to work.
The first time I could get the message saying it’s been applied (right after you input the code), was by clearing my cookies and NOT going through Swagbucks first. However, even with cleared cookies, using an email address I hadn’t tried yet, getting the code has been applied message, it’s still showing up as $2.99 shipping on the shipping and payment pages.
