The majority of Safeways are in Western Canada. I’m not sure if Walmarts in Ontario or anywhere else would except it because Safeway isn’t here. It’s worth a shot though.

Will the coupon allow you to buy more than one bag?
I tried this today. No luck finding the diapers in the newborn size that I needed. They don’t have any infant formula either!
