    Took alot of patience, but after waiting for the site to get up and running after it went down it finally went thru (@ 11:05am MST).
    Still got all 8 samples, and I was newly registered so keep trying if you really want it. But perfectly understandable if you don’t with all the technical gliches.

    Weird, I tried to request, but once I press “submit” it will show I have not answer all the question, then once I went back and fill the missed question, then click “submit” again, it just bring me back to login screen. I tried 2 times and both happens the same, and I receive no e-mail of confirmation or anything.

    Weird, it seems the site is having problem, I tried to request the sample, but once I finish all the survey and click on “submit” button, it will just bring me back to main login screen with no confirmation message or e-mail, I tried about 3 times either I got “could find the database” message or same result once I click on “submit”.

    It took a long time to fill out the survery as it kept giving me error messages and I would have to keep logging back in, but after about 30 minutes I finally got my samples. They are really good samples !

    Page finally loaded. Submitted registration and came to survey page, partially answered survey and then it goes back to the main page. Tried to sign in and it says must enter valid email?!?! Don’t know if my registration got through in the first place. Now site is down for maintenance. So frustrated.

    i used safari and got it. i had to refresh a few times but i got the confirmation email after i selected my samples. i got the option for all 8 but i said no to the sunlight since i dont have a dishwasher

    It took me over 3 hours and MANY RETRIES but I finally got all 8 samples!!! and I got the email and confirmed it as it said and also checked up on the order status . I really hate how they can’t get the bugs sorted out a head of time as it really gets people upset. but then again samplesource offers fantastic samples so I have been told by others and what I have seen in my account today.Either way keep at it.

    Very frustrating. It also keeps bringing me back to the login page. I think they are trying to fix it now as the site is down. Hopefully they get it back up before nap time is over :)

    Supplied my info and my opinions and then the site crashed. “We will be Right Back!” has been on my screen for the last two hours. Guess I’ll have to see if I receive any samples.

    I’ve tried 3 different browsers and searching it and I get the same thing…….maintenance……oh well, I’ll have t try after work and hope there’s some left…….good luck everyone!

    Can not tell you how annoying this website is. Took me sooo long to finally get in. Initially when I logged in it was showing 7 samples. Everytime I submitted my information it kept showing these random addresses on my profile. I kept updating but a different address would show up on my profile each time. Took me over 2 hours I think. In the end I ended up with 2 samples. Ughhh it was so annoying and not worth it. Wish I hadn’t wasted my time with this.

    Sample Source site is still down – but not surprising. I’m guessing there has been a CRAZY amount of traffic – word of the samples is all over the web. I’m guessing it will be back up later tonight….I’m going to head back then.

    Can’t get too upset when someone is trying to give you free stuff!!!

    I’ve never seen ANY sample or coupon site run with such colossal incompetence and reports of freezups and mix-ups of wrong addresses and confirmation emails not working and rumours that the site is either up or down.

    For those of you thinking you’re going to get ANYTHING…I wouldn’t hold my breath.

    Any Bytown, you are quite correct. The Nigerian scam artists I’ve encountered have been more professional and competent!

    Just got through and it gave me 13 samples to choose from. Not sure why I got so many. Haven’t gotten the confirmation email though so I’m doubtful anything will actually come

    When I hit the TRACK YOUR ORDER tab it says:

    Awaiting your confirmation – please click link in your email.

    But no email ever came. Think I’m going to hit the CONTACT US button and drop them a note.

    I did mine last night around 9pm andget 8 samples and they send me my confirmation letter that I hat to click on it but when I click it does work and I dont know if it went thru or not

    I’ve been trying since 9:30a yesterday. At first I was able to register then it bumped me out. I kept trying and would either get bumped back to the main screen or it would indicate the site was not available. I managed to get past the survey and it bumped me out again…once again today i tried now the msg that the site is undergoing maintenance due to higher traffic appears!! Did they not think about this prior to the launch of the Spring 2012 campaign???

    I FINALLY got thru with my order…I managed to get 7, I believe it depends on how you answer the survey questions, that determines how many samples yo are able to choose from. Good luck everyone, my sister just tried, got as far as completing the survey and the site went down…again.

    Mine said we will email the confirmation…but I never received it.
    I think it’s great they give away samples but find it frustrating to think ‘yay I got em’ only for their website to fail and not get the email. I think that instead of the positive association they want with the brands, when the website fails and people get frustrated it hurts the brands.

    (its been 12 hours and still no email)
    oh well…

    my order went through after trying to register multiple times.

    today it says that my account does not exist.

    i am sure that the companies who were being represented through this promotion wouldn’t like to be associated with such a badlyrun business.

    yes i get it, they were free, but still it was a promotion that was advertised and hyped and the company wanted people to enroll. if they were just going to waste time and drop orders then why bother with the whole thing.

    perhaps next time these companies will choose someone more reputable to run their promos.

    well, i emailed them because my order disappeared, and then instead of the 8 samples i was offered before, i was reduced to 2 samples.

    they didn’t like that i emailed them so they canceled my order.

    i told them i didn’t want to cancel, and that i was emailing them to express my disappointment.

    they emailed me to notify my that they are canceling my order and unsubscribing me from their website.

    control freaks? lol

    Like many others I received an email a couple days ago letting me know new samples were now available. So I visited the site and completed the registration, answered the short ‘survey’, checked the samples I wished to get (out of 8 choices) and when I confirmed my order nothing happened/the site went down…essentially I figured I’d lost my chance. I haven’t been able to get back on until just now though it took 4 tries to be able to log in; each time the site would direct me to the registration form when logging in until at last I was able to log in. I was sent to the ‘survey’ again though this one was only 1 question long and I had the choice of only 2 samples. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad I’ll get the 2 samples (assuming they do get mailed out) but am somewhat disappointed with how this whole promo thing worked out.

    Well.. it’s back up today. I was offered 8 .. but 2 were now out of stock.. scrubbing bubbles and a self tanner. So 6 were still available for those interested. I really wanted to try the scrubbing bubbles, but I’m just happy the site is back up. Good luck to all.

    I was able to register & get 2 of the 6 samples…better than nothing I suppose. (toothbrush & dishwasher tablets)When you are answering questions, answer all that apply or might apply, as this will likely give you a better chance of being eligible for more items.

    @Nisiepie. I’ve also sent a letter to these guys, and I used to work at another couponing site reading ans responding to emails. If you had your order cancelled you must have been very abusive and beligerent in your email. No company intends to upset or deter consumers – its bad for thier business – however they also (rightfully so) wont accept abuse toward their employees.

    Perhaps I am wrong in your case….but I know from my history in this field both as a consumer and as a former professional that abusive language is the only reason that I’ve ever seen a company cut ties with a user. It’s ok to express your disatisfaction, but we as consumers need to stay civilized.

    I am not impressed with this sample and their site. It never fully finished, even though I was able to register and suspiciously is always down. And then magically within a few hours of registering, my email account was hacked, managed to boot hacker out. I am very skeptical about this one and hope that those people who successfully registered and got the confirmation email don’t have the same issues and actually get their samples – and make sure your passwords aren’t even close to email and their site. Good luck. I will not be participating with this offer set next time around.

    I think they are just having traffic problems – they sent me an email about it and some other posters here. They said the traffic was too much to handle even though they planned for 10x capacity! I participated in their offer in the fall and it was amazing, and it came (I was skeptical too). So many free products that i actually use. I posted in the original thread back in October with the pics back when \i got it in November. And websaver is associated with them from what i can tell and websaver is reputable.
