My dad does this at London Drugs all the time. They will always be willing to match price for you. One time, I bought some hairdye and then it went on sale the very next week, we took it back and then gave us the difference back. Another time, we bought a set of hair curlers, it didn't work good at all. We took it back and explained to them it doesn't do the job right and they gave us a full refund back (on an open product too).

I've pm'd twice now for past purchases. Days ago for $8 back and a couple a month or so ago for around $20. It did not matter to them if I used enough coupons to get it close to free already. :)

Strange, same place and such different perspectives. We stopped going to London Drugs more than five years ago. The reason? ...invariably the same item would be found many other places "Cheaper". Instead of the price refund policy I prefer it when the store does the work instead of the customer. In other words just make sure the prices are less and we'll keep spending there.
Future Shop also once returned $80 to me on their price Gaurantee deal. Did it buy my devotion? No, it taught me to shop at the cheaper place from then on.

I did coupon stack with my first order of diapers which does not make a difference for the price match since they are being reimbursed for all of those coupons. If I had paid a lower price for the diapers I would not have had to stack so many coupons. While the cost was being adjusted on my receipt the cashier did not count up all of the coupons I had used. The same would occur with a return since the coupons are used essentially as the same as cash. I hope this helps.

When you bought the diapers for 2 for $30 did you use $30 in coupons? Just wondering if when they refunded...did they refund the coupon value if you used coupons up to $30?
