I read about this from red flag and lots of people are buying multipule $1.25 rulers and receive 250 points for each one. Im gonna try to get some tomorrow morning and hopefully it works. Also they said for each purchase you get a movie ticket for $5.

That’s awesome. The promo just says you need to buy one Green product so I don’t see why you couldn’t just get the ruler or whatever. There was no min dollar amount. I didn’t read about the $5 movie ticket but that would be great.

Er, to clarify, you do not get a movie ticket for $5 with each purchase.

What they referred to was the fact that you can redeem Scene points for a free movie if you buy enough items to accumulate 1000 points; the number of points required for that particular reward.

Since a ruler costs $1.25, the people on RedFlagDeals were saying that $1.25 x 4 = $5, $5.75 including tax! Apparently they also sell “green” pencils for $0.99, which also qualify for the points.

And it is important to note that people have been saying it is actually one coupon is supposed to be given out per transaction, not per item… but I guess it depends on your cashier.

My apologies for the long post and the best of luck!

maybe they meant if you buy 4 rulers ($1.25x4=$5) you will have 1000 points which equals to a free movie?

  5. rightinfo

you can only redeem 250 points per card. so if you go in to buy 4 or 8 rulers or pencils you’ll only be able to redeem one coupon.

I went to indigo today and bought 3 rulers a pen and a pencil that is like a highlighter (1.25/ruler, 2.49/pen, 2.50/highlighter) The cashier said it was one per transaction so she split it into seperate orders for me. I just got home a while ago and entered all 5 of them one after another. I earned 1250 points. They go into your account right away.

I bought 3 rulers and 1 erasure. Got 4 scene coupons for one transaction. put all four on my scene card. It works!

I have tried several times to get more than one slip per transaction but every time they say they can’t.

Probably, since the last non-spammer post was from August 2009… I think it was only for last summer.
