As for women’s wear, I generally find most Sears’ items too small or without enough fabric. If I knew that there were some men’s rayon challis print shirts that were groovy and I could alter to fit me, then I would be interested in checking out the store stock.

By the way, many of the women’s catalogue clothing items are NOT IN STORE. I realized that over two trips this spring. Scoot over to the online site and check out OUTLET (yes, there are COD charges and shipping costs if direct to home) specials in case some stock from Spring/Summer is of interest there.

Or take up sewing-Fabricland has a sale that ends today–loads of spring & summer fabrics on sale!

The final option–get second-hand items at the consignment or second-hand stores and alter away.

No, it was at the REGULAR Sears I’ve actually only been in the “Sears Outlet” once in person and I still have nightmares lmao!
