yes it is a hot hot mess. i get frustrated every single time i order. and hate paying shipping to the store. FYI – i searched ‘simmons micro denier’ on their site and the 9.99 size/version came up, guess the link changed or something. who knows. now we’ll see if they actually are in stock and arrive!

I just tried to order this pillow from their outlet. It is on the top of thier Black Friday ad. Guess what says it available not out of stock. They tried to offer me a substitute at twice the price. I smell a ‘bait and switch’ shame on you Sears.
