I didn&#039;t get an email and called the 1-877# on the back of my BI card.  They were not able to do anything except offer me the online code (which doesn&#039;t work in Canada) as the email is computer generated and apparently can&#039;t be resent.  So I called both my local stores and after verifying my VIB status on their computers they were both willing to offer me the 20% off.  

So call your local store if you didn&#039;t get an email!!</description>

		<description>I knew it, the salesgirl kept my email after I used it and when I asked her, she said it was a one time use only, but when I got home, I read the fine prints and it said she had to give it back to me, urghhh!!! Thanks for answering!!! I know I hate canadian rates versus american, so unfair and not reflective of the exchange rates at all, plus when you think about our taxes, I wish I could cross the border and shop there.</description>
