As we mentioned a while back, Sephora has started shipping Canadian orders from Canada.  They have now dropped the minimum order for free shipping to $50 rather than the $75 you had to spend when they shipped from the US.

If you shop before noon ET, your order processes the same day and my last order was shipped same day and received the next day.  They charge your card in Canadian dollars, so no need to worry about the exchange rate too.
